Hampton Roads Transportation Improvement Program Project Selection Process for RSTP and CMAQ Project Proposals

The first step in both the RSTP and CMAQ selection processes is the submittal of applications for proposed projects by jurisdictions in Hampton Roads. Applications are now available in Microsoft Excel 97 format to be downloaded, completed on a computer, and returned to the HRPDC via e-mail or on diskettes for processing. Step-by-step instructions are included with the application forms.
